Finally… ¡Juegos de Beisbol!

There was a moment during the open house before the 2000 season when I worried that despite Miller Park’s awesomeness, it would not give me that dizzying, euphoric head rush from walking out of the hallway for the first time in a year to see the open air, green grass and thousands of compatriots waiting for me.

Then I walked out on Opening Day 2000.

Yep. Still there (even for an exhibition game — like this one from last Saturday against the Royals). I’ll let you know how it goes Friday.
